SAMANTHA YOUNG
Samantha, co-owner of SHBC, is a dual-qualified Speech Therapist and Audiologist, bringing specialized expertisse in adult neuro speech therapy, audiology, and vestibular rehabilitation. Her versatile skill set and dedication make her a vital asset to our team. Samantha also contributes her expertise to medicolegal work. Outside the clinic, she’s a proud mom to her young son and enjoys staying active through Pilates and family walks with her two, spirited dogs.

JENNA DE VILLIERS
Jenna, co-owner of SHBC, is a dual-qualified Speech Therapist and Audiologist. With a passion for neonatal care, feeding, and audiology, Jenna brings a wealth of expertise to the practice. She is PROMPT trained, allowing her to deliver highly specialized therapy, and she also contributes her knowledge to medicolegal work. A devoted fur mom to her beloved Staffie, Maya, Jenna channels her creativity outside of work through baking, crafting beautifully unique cakes in her spare time.

Ashleigh is our talented Audiologist. Known for her calm and caring approach, she brings expertise and enthusiasm to working with both adults and children. With a special interest in tinnitus and diagnostic audiology, Ashleigh is committed to personalized care. Outside the clinic, she co-runs a candle-making business with her mom, called Time Out Candles, and is an impressive Padel player!

Rebekah is our vibrant Speech Therapist! Originally from the Eastern Cape, she joined our team, bringing her passion for paediatric speech therapy to our practice. She has a special interest in speech sound disorders. Rebekah is also PROMPT-trained, bringing specialized techniques to her sessions. When she’s not helping young clients, you’ll find her on the golf course—she’s truly TEErific!

Glynis is our dedicated receptionist, bringing over 25 years of experience as a marketing manager from Life Wilgeheuwel to SHBC. Her exceptional organizational skills and positive attitude create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. In addition to her professional talents, Glynis is a gifted seamstress and enjoys sewing and embroidery in her leisure time.
